The three new properties in Australia will be PARKROYAL Darling Harbour, Sydney (rebranded from Crowne Plaza Darling Harbour) and PARKROYAL Parramatta (rebranded from Crowne Plaza Parramatta) in Sydney. The third will be Pan Pacific Perth in Perth, Western Australia (rebranded from Sheraton Perth).
Pan Pacific Hotels Group announced today that its agreement to operate Pan Pacific Bangkok hotel in Thailand until the end of 2010 will not be renewed.
The 484-room hotel, currently Sheraton Suzhou Hotel and Towers, will be rebranded as Pan Pacific Suzhou in January 2010. It is owned and will be managed by Pan Pacific Hotels Group, which also opened Pan Pacific Xiamen in August this year.
