Future casino development looks strong from 2006 through 2009

HREC Investment Advisors have arranged the sale of the 106-room Hampton Inn Savannah North in Savannah, Georgia on behalf of The Kessler Collection. The buyer of the property was Newport Hospitality Group, Inc.

(Denver, CO): HREC Investment Advisorssm has arranged $18.5 million of permanent debt financing for two Wisconsin hotels, the Radisson Paper Valley Hotel, a 390-room, full-service conference facility located in the City of Appleton and the Holiday Inn, a 107-room, full-service hotel located in Neenah on behalf of Oly/Montclair Wisconsin Hotels LLC.

(Denver, CO; Chicago, IL): Lodging industry deal veteran, Scott Stephens, has joined Denverbased HREC Investment Advisors, a national hotel industry brokerage and investment banking firm. Mr. Stephens will be the Principal in charge of the new Tampa, Florida office.

(Denver, CO): HREC Investment Advisors has arranged $50.5 million of permanent debt financing for the 720-room, five property Gulph Creek Hotels’ portfolio. Gulph Creek Hotels is based in Wayne, Pennsylvania (outside of Philadelphia).
