The Asian American Hotel Owners Association (AAHOA) has elected new Board members to complete its Board of Directors for the 2012-2013 Board term. The elections were held Saturday, May 5 during the 2012 AAHOA Annual Convention & Trade Show at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta, Ga.

More than 15 years after implementing its landmark 'Points of Fair Franchising,' the Asian American Hotel Owners Association (AAHOA) today announced its strong support for the recently introduced California fair franchising legislation that incorporates many of the same fair franchising 'rights' needed to protect franchisees and all franchise systems.

In an effort to strengthen ties with the Indian government as well as encourage growth of the travel and tourism industries, the Asian American Hotel Owners Association (AAHOA) hosted its 2012 Delegation to India. The Delegation, which was held January 6-11 and featured stops in Jaipur and Gujarat, consisted of more than 50 delegates including AAHOA Officers, Board members, vendor representatives and more several board members from Best Western International.

In an effort to provide information from top political insiders, the Asian American Hotel Owners Association (AAHOA) is excited to announce it will feature a highly charged political debate between former Democratic National Committee Chair (DNC) Howard Dean and former Republican National Committee Chair (RNC) Michael Steele.

Bringing more than 160 Board members, Ambassadors and leaders from across the country, the Asian American Hotel Owners Association (AAHOA) converged in our nation’s capital for the annual Congressional Day & Capitol Hill Reception on September 14, 2011.
