Lane Hospitality President and CEO Bill DeForrest today announced that after completing a multi-million dollar renovation, the former award-winning Crowne Plaza Clark has been transformed into a new Holiday Inn hotel.

Lane Hospitality of Northbrook, IL has announced plans to implement a strategic change in its ownership structure in order to facilitate an aggressive growth plan, and at the same time, meet the diversification needs of the Lane family, current owners of the company.

One of the contracts is an extension to be the exclusive manager of the Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Chicago, IL for an additional five-year term. The other two include the Holiday Inn Gulfport Beachfront in Gulfport/Biloxi, MS, and a hotel in downtown Milwaukee, WI which are both planning significant renovations and brand repositioning.
