Cassidy Turley BT Commercial is pleased to announce that its Hospitality Group has recently sold the Nob Hill Hotel in San Francisco. Eric Gunderson, with assistance from Ric Russell and Scott Griemsmann, represented buyer Euphoria Hospitality, Inc. in the acquisition of the 19,543-square-foot hotel for a price of $4,900,000 ($251 per square foot). The seller was Pacific Equities West.

Ric Russell, in collaboration with Scott Griemsmann and Eric Gunderson, successfully represented both buyer and seller in the sale of the 130,000-square-foot, 208-room hotel for $10,500,000. The sale price translated to a price of $81 per square foot, or $50,480 per room.
