Pacifica Hotel Company To Manage Fogcatcher Inn, Cypress Cove Inn in Cambria |
|
Pacifica Hotel Company (PHC), which manages 20 quality California hotels from San Diego to the San Francisco Bay Area, has been chosen to manage the Fogcatcher Inn and the Cypress Cove Inn in Cambria. |
PHC will now manage eight properties on California's Central Coast and 22 California hotels in all.
The 60-room Fogcatcher Inn, popular with visitors for its romantic atmosphere, rounded, thatched-style roof architecture and fireplace in every room, is located on Cambria's beautiful Moonstone Beach. The 22-room Cypress Cove features English cottage-style decor and an equally attractive location. Both are within easy reach of Hearst Castle, miles of sparkling beaches and the area's many wineries.
"We are delighted to add the charming Fogcatcher and Cypress Cove to our portfolio of hotels on the Central Coast," said Pacifica President Dale J. Marquis. "This is a perfect example of Pacifica's strategy of adding high-quality properties along the California coast and welcoming visitors with great value and friendly service."
Pacifica's other Central Coast properties include the Best Western Fireside Inn on Moonstone Beach in Cambria, Holiday Inn Express in San Luis Obispo; the Sandcastle Inn, Spyglass Inn and Cottage Inn in Pismo Beach; and the Avila Village Inn, which opens this fall in Avila Beach.
Pacifica Hotel Company was formed in January of 1993 to consolidate the hospitality operations of Invest West Financial Corporation, which has been involved in the acquisition, development, refurbishing and operating of quality hotel properties and other commercial real estate properties for almost 30 years. Pacifica's 22 independent and flag properties in key California cities from San Diego to San Francisco feature outstanding locations, AAA 3-diamond ratings, upgraded amenities and high standards of guest service.
