Tracy Landman Joins Marshall Management as VP of Operations |
|
Marshall Management, a mid-sized hotel management company, announced that Tracy Landman has joined the company as vice president of operations. |
"Tracy has an extensive range of operating experience in both full-service and focused-service hotels that spans more than two decades," said Michael Marshall, president. "She strengthens our capacity across the board, adding significant, hands-on expertise in key operational areas, such as food and beverage, operations, sales and management. She has an exceptional track record in each area, and her skills increase the depth of our management infrastructure."
As vice president of operations, Landman will oversee special assignments that require additional attention from senior-level management, such as takeovers, new builds, and renovations. Previously, she was director of operations for Integral Hospitality Solutions, where she managed a portfolio of eight Hilton Family-branded hotels, with annual revenues of more than $20 million. From 1996 to 2002, she held general manager positions at three different award-winning properties. She also has held management positions in event planning, restaurant management, sales and human resources.
