Comfort Inn Hotel Opens In Lynnwood, Wash. |

A Comfort Inn hotel recently opened here at 4117 196th Street Southwest, located east of 44th Avenue West and 196th Southwest intersection. |
Owned and operated by Ephrathan Inc., of Lynnwood, Wash., the Comfort Inn hotel formerly operated as a Holiday Inn Express and underwent $200,000 in renovations during the conversion process. Renovations included new furniture to all 46 guestrooms, new Serta Perfect Sleeper beds, new flooring and carpeting, the addition of Wi-Fi Internet access throughout the hotel and an Internet kiosk in the lobby.
The Comfort Inn hotel features 46 guestrooms with queen-size beds, coffeemaker, 25-inch television, high-speed Internet access, iron, ironing board and hairdryer. Some rooms also feature a whirlpool tub and refrigerator. Eighty percent of the rooms are non-smoking.
The Comfort Inn hotel features an exercise facility equipped with treadmills, stationary bike, and rower.
Guests of the Comfort Inn hotel receive a complimentary deluxe continental breakfast consisting of a variety of breads, pastries, muffins, cereals, eggs, fresh fruits, juices and other beverages, complimentary Seattle Times newspaper and free local telephone calls with their stay.
Discounts are available when booked in advance on a space-available basis for seniors, American Automobile Association members, business travelers, government and military personnel and groups.
The Comfort Inn hotel is conveniently located in the heart of Lynnwood near City Hall. Nearby attractions include the Edmonds Downtown Waterfront, Space Needle, the Seattle Center and University of Washington.
