Creative Guest Interactions
Hey all :)
I've been brainstorming with my team and wondering if there might be some ideas we missed.
We're looking for an attractive way to smooth over our new $10/extra person (over double occupancy) policy. However, we don't want to mention anything about 'policy' or 'costs' because, frankly, I don't think guests should be privvy to most of that information, nor do they often care.
Here's one of the examples we came up with...
"We've, actually had some very positive feedback! It's acted as a great deterrent from large groups of young partiers."
Keep in mind, we are a small locally owned Inn in a very Happenin Canadian Town.
Thanks in advance for all of your ideas!

Suggestion
There is a company operating in London and Paris called Solution 4 Hotels, they provide concierge services (off-site) to centrally located hotels.
This is the best rate increase solution, providing 5-star concierge let you charge a small premium on room rates hence significantly explain rate increase.
