Hello my name is Christiaan Criens,

Im a first year student at the University of the Netherlands Antilles (UNA Curacao) ( http://www.una.an/ ). At the UNA I do The Bachelor of Science Program in Hospitality & Tourism Management (http://www.una.an/hospitality/index.html ). I started this Program 4 weeks ago and I like it a lot. But now the assignments starts. As our first assignment we will have to do a report about a virtual hotel. We will have to design the hotel but also writhe a report to a franchise. This because we would like to join their chain of hotels. With this assignment we have questions and standards we would have to follow. I work on this project with 7 of my fellow students. I have as task to writhe a small report about the following: What was/is your financial result? You provide relevant information on last years sales and expenses.
I hope someone can help me with the expenses. What kind a expenses would a hotel have? Maybe someone knows a website where I can find info in sales and expenses.

Some facts about our virtual hotel:
Rooms: 150
Restaurants: 5
A Franchise restaurant.
A beach grill restaurant.
A international restaurant.
A underwater restaurant (local dishes).
A pool bar (plus snack bar)
A casino.
5 business rooms.
A fitness centre and spa.
A big pool
And 3 hut tubes with a little pool in the centre.
