To avoid mal-behave environment
We can solve instead of take the necessary action;
I would like to do some advise that;
a. To brain storming section
b. To create assignment of their job in details eg. room check list day to day basic especially show room, VIP rooms, today arrival room, even they are rank and file staff or who ever, they will do it and do their signature and time.
c. Some creative assignment of new idea as improvement inter department operations
d. Some knowledge share and productive cost controlling
e. any either improvement realistice process for individual department they can implement and if success we will give some prize, etc...
We have to think about new reality and effective daily routine work extra mile, we can control of their spoil mind, and we can rebuilt a healthy work environment.
Your ideas are really good advise for us and only from my experience of indirect way to them training of their mind adjustment.
