Making the most of our website
Consider carefully how we will use our site and have it constructed around our needs. Think about how the internet will fit into our overall marketing plan. It should be tackled not in isolation but as a component part of a much wider-ranging strategy. Our site can be used for:
a. interactive publicity;
b. customer support via e-mail;
c. maintaining relationships with existing customers and attracting new slients;
d. generating interest in and building awareness of our product, service, promotion;
e. condusting market research;
f. selling products and service online;
g. providing product information and current availability;
Most important points to remember;
a. our website should be designed to reflect our corporate image.
b. a website should be easy and quick to navigate.
c. prospective clients may leave our site and visit those of competitors if our pages are elaborately designed and take ages to download.
d. it should be possible to return to the home page with one click.
e. including an e-mail link will alow visitors to get in touch easily.
f. a site needs maintaining to keep it fresh, current, update and relevant.
Thank you for your article as much as we can know in details of Internet Marketing, only my view is simple and very basic. However one step have to start from before one. Not mean zero. Only means basic.
