Actually we (team leader) have a implement and plan. We have completed objective, therefore we have to built to our team accordinly our plan with Involving and coaching with creating to achievement points.
However they are human being, they cannot follow energizely sometimes, we have to demostrate by our self and we have to show how much we do and how well we are, how to get we effort. Thenafter they would like to try it out and they may feel better of their achievement and effort.
