AmeriSuites Opens in Pasco, WA |

Prime Hospitality Corp. (NYSE: PDQ) announced today the opening of its 149th AmeriSuites hotel, the Pasco/TRAC AmeriSuites in Pasco, WA. |
The newly constructed hotel is owned and operated by A1 Hospitality, LLC.
The 85-suite hotel is located at 4525 Convention Place in Pasco, WA. It is adjacent to the TRAC Convention Center and is approximately five miles from Tri-Cities Airport. It is the first AmeriSuites in the state of Washington.
The hotel offers nearly 10,000 square feet of flexible meeting/exhibit space and can accommodate up to 530 people in theater style seating. The hotel is located within a few blocks of Dust Devil Stadium, Tri-Cities Softball Complex and Gordon Brothers Winery.
