Lanyon, Inc. and InnLink, LLC implement single-point-of-entry solution to streamline RFP process

Lanyon (www.lanyon.com) announced today that InnLink, a leader in the hotel reservations processing industry, executed a multiyear agreement with Lanyon to provide RFPpublisher to its hotel members. InnLink joins a global and growing community of hotel companies that license RFPpublisher™, the hotel industry solution for RFP management.

Mike Otten, Director of Sales and Marketing for InnLink, explained, “We started by discussing our requirements with Lanyon. Since our hotel members come from all segments of the hotel market, we needed to deliver to our members a program that fits with InnLink’s standards for customer focus, high quality and efficiency. We also wanted to be extremely active in the RFP management process, helping our hotels to manage their agency and corporate relationships.

“Working closely with Lanyon and our Central Reservations System (CRS), we deployed a solution through which initial property data loading, modifications, and relevant content changes made in InnLink’s CRS are automatically fed to RFPpublisher, eliminating the need for re-keying content. We integrated two different and independent systems to make the process easier while simultaneously increasing data accuracy and consistency. InnLink properties using RFPpublisher can expect a reduction in the amount of time it takes to prepare their corporate and agency RFPs.”
