Wellesley Inn Opens in Indian Harbour Beach, FL

  • Prime Hospitality Prime Hospitality Corp. (NYSE:PDQ) announced today the opening of its newest addition to the Wellesley Inns & Suites brand, the Melbourne/Indian Harbour Beach Wellesley Inn.

    The recently converted hotel is owned by Pines Resort, Ltd. and operated by Sterling Hotels.

    The 78-room hotel is located at 1894 South Patrick Drive in Indian Harbour Beach, FL. It is less than a mile from Oars & Paddles Park and the Atlantic Ocean beaches and seven miles from Melbourne International Airport. Area demand generators include Harris Corporation, Northrop Grumman, Nokia and Patrick Air Force Base. The Kennedy Space Center and Orlando's theme parks are also within a one-hour drive.

    The hotel is the 82nd Wellesley Inns & Suites open and the 20th in the state of Florida.
