Molinaro Koger Closes Sale of Holiday Inn Pueblo, Colorado |

John Jameson, Managing Director of Molinaro Koger’s Chicago office, announced today that the firm had closed the sale of the Holiday Inn Hotel, Pueblo, Colorado, on behalf of Pueblo Hotel Corporation. The hotel was purchased by M and M Management, a private investment company based in Albuquerque, New Mexico. |
"Located in a strong market with high barriers to entry, the Holiday Inn Pueblo generated significant bidding," said Mr. Jameson. "The new owners are expected to bring their own hands-on management approach to the property level resulting in a win/win situation for both buyer and seller."
Located close to Interstate 25 on nearly seven acres of land, the 191-room hotel features a restaurant, lounge, room service, business center, meeting space, fitness facility, pool and jacuzzi.
