Suburban Franchise Systems (SFS) announces the opening of two Suburban Extended Stay Hotels in Virginia. The addition of these locations extends Suburban\'s reach in this key market, which now includes five properties throughout the state.

The 92-room Chesapeake/Greenbrier property includes fitness room, meeting room, business center, and high speed Internet access. Located two miles from the Chesapeake Convention Center and Greenbrier Mall and within close proximity to downtown and the beaches, the property will serve both business and leisure travelers. The hotel is owned and operated by JMD Enterprises Inc., based in Chesapeake, Virginia.
The Sterling location, just north of Washington Dulles International Airport, is the first five-story hotel in the Suburban system. In addition to Internet capabilities in all rooms, selected rooms have wireless access. Additional features include a 25-person meeting room, same-day dry cleaning service and a 24-hour front desk. The 132-room property is pet-friendly and within walking distance to Dulles Town Center Mall and just 35 miles from Washington, D.C. The Sterling property is owned and operated by The Generation Companies of Research Triangle Park, North Carolina.
