CaribbeanWay Sees Future In Caribbean Villa Market |

Company grows from 50 to 900 Caribbean villas in just six years |
CaribbeanWay, Montreal-based world leader in Caribbean luxury vacation rentals, is paving the way for the Caribbean villa rental industry through rapid growth and unprecedented standards of service and luxury. CaribbeanWay began six years ago with only 50 villas to rent on two Caribbean islands, and has since grown to include over 900 villas on 25 islands.
 In the beginning, the company consisted of two employees, and now has a staff of over 30 including concierge specialists for each of the 25 individual islands. CaribbeanWay currently offers 900 villa rentals available for travelers, and expects to have 1,000 villas available by the end of 2005. In addition to villa rentals, the company has also expanded their rental opportunities to encompass entire private islands, offering travelers the opportunity to experience their very own secluded tropical paradise.

Affluent Research Shows Travelers Seek High Service Levels
Research results from Yesawich, Pepperdine, Brown & Russell's Portrait of Affluent Travelers showed that 86 percent of affluent leisure travelers find five star service very desirable and 80 percent consider concierge staff and services extremely important. Ahead of the trends, unparalleled service and highly personalized concierge programs are just two of CaribbeanWay’s areas of expertise and continued focus.
The CaribbeanWay website allows prospective vacationers to search for their perfect villa by choosing their own search parameters. The site had 2.2 million visitors in 2004 and is on pace to reach 3.8 million by the end of 2005. Alexa.com, a website owned by Amazon.com that analyzes internet traffic, deemed CaribbeanWay’s website the most visited Caribbean villa rental site.
