Expects to Name Replacement Next Week
Eagle Hospitality Properties Trust, Inc. (NYSE:EHP) announced that Thomas A. Frederick resigned as the Company's Chief Financial Officer for personal reasons effective today. In connection with his resignation, Mr. Frederick's employment agreement was terminated as of April 29, 2005. The Company expects to make an announcement early next week concerning a potential new Chief Financial Officer.
