David Simpson has been appointed Director of Acquisitions and Development, Pacific region, for Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Asia Pacific Division. In this role, David is responsible for overseeing acquisitions and development in the Pacific region.

Overall, David has 25 years experience in the hotel industry and has been employed by Starwood since 1997. He has a Bachelor of Business in Hotel
Management from Victoria University and is a member of the Australian Society of CPA's.
