Jeff Ornstein Is Named One Of 12 Most Influential People In Boston By Scene Magazine

SCENE Boston has named Jeffrey Ornstein who founded J/Brice Design International, Inc., in l989 and turned it into a hotel interior design powerhouse worldwide, one of the 12 most influential people in Boston. SCENE's glossy pages, Bentley ads, edgy photos and inside scoop on glitterati and real estate wunderkinds make it arbiter of Boston's increasingly hip image.

All 12 Influentials were chosen because they touch so many lives in unique and powerful ways. SCENE also named among Boston's most influential hockey great Cam Neeley, art authority and gallery maven Barbara Krakow and hotelier Robin Brown, the force behind the ultra posh Mandarin Oriental Hotel and Residences in Boston.

Ornstein's firm has been designated an Interior Design Giant and Architectural Giant since 1991. It ranks 24th out of 100 national firms, and has over 150 hotel and restaurant projects to its credit including such landmark properties as The Taj Mahal Hotel in Bombay, and Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, as well as more intimate, properties in the US.

He is a 1983 graduate of Brandeis University.
