Rob Koger, President of Molinaro Koger, announced today that Mark Blick, one of Europe's leading hotel real estate executives, has joined the firm as Senior Vice President and will be based at Molinaro Koger's London office.
Molinaro Koger now employs a total of 20 hospitality executives.

During his career, Mr. Blick's skills in hotel real estate have resulted in more than €3 billion in hotel transactions. Prior to joining Molinaro Koger Mr. Blick served as Vice President of Choice Hotels International's European division. In that role Mr. Blick directed Choice Hotels' growth throughout all European markets, managed relationships with Choice Hotels Europe and Choice Hotels Scandinavia, and launched Choice Hotels India.
As Choice Hotel's Vice President of Franchise Services based in Paris, Mr. Blick increased the number of Choice Hotels-branded properties by 280% over a four-year period. Prior to working with Choice Hotels International, Mr. Blick held executive positions within hotel operations and asset management at the Doyle Hotel Group and the Savoy Hotel Group.
As part of his service to the industry Mr. Blick serves as a guest speaker on strategic hotel marketing at Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration.
