Hilton Announces Sale of 357-Room Hilton San Diego Resort Mission Bay
	Hilton Hotels Corporation (NYSE:HLT) announced that it has sold the 357-room Hilton San Diego Resort Mission Bay in California to LaSalle Hotel Properties for approximately $90.3 million.
It is estimated that the new ownership will spend $8 million in additional capital to upgrade the property. The hotel will continue to operate as a Hilton branded property under the terms of a 20-year franchise agreement.
