Great Wolf Resorts, Inc. Promotes Timothy D. Black to Regional Vice President of Operations |

Great Wolf Resorts, Inc., America's largest developer of indoor waterpark resorts, announced today that Timothy D. Black has been named regional vice president of operations.

In his new role, Black is directly responsible for the Great Wolf Lodge properties located in the Midwest: Wisconsin Dells, Wis.; Sandusky, Ohio; Traverse City, Mich. and Kansas City, Kan. Black oversees each property to ensure the standards of the Great Wolf Lodge brand are followed, and asset management and budget opportunities are met. Black remains the general manager of Great Wolf Lodge in Wisconsin Dells.
"Tim has over 20 years of experience in the attractions and hospitality industry," said Kim Schaefer, chief operating officer of Great Wolf Resorts. "The combination of Tim's proven skills, broad range of leadership and brand knowledge further enhances each Great Wolf Lodge property."
Prior to joining Great Wolf Lodge, Black served as vice president/general manager of Six Flags Great America in Gurnee, Ill.; Six Flags Great Adventure in Jackson, N.J.; Six Flags New England in Agawam, Mass. and Wyandot Lake Waterpark in Powell, Ohio. He also served as manager of operations of Six Flags Fiesta Texas in San Antonio, Texas and director of park operations and maintenance of Frontier City/White Waterbay in Oklahoma City, Okla.
