FelCor Appoints New Executives |
|
FelCor Lodging Trust Incorporated (NYSE: FCH) announced the following executive appointments: Jack Marraccini as Senior Vice President of Engineering, Melissa Kendrick as Vice President of Project Management and Kenneth Callihan as Vice President of Corporate Engineering.

'I'm pleased to announce the appointment of these individuals to FelCor's executive team. Their respective talent, hotel expertise and knowledge will be vital as we continue to reposition our portfolio for internal growth,' said June C. McCutchen, FelCor's Senior Vice President of Design and Construction.
Mr. Marraccini brings more than 35 years of engineering experience to FelCor. Since 1999, he has been responsible for overseeing electrical, system and mechanical operations for the Company's hotels. He also collaborates with FelCor's Brand Owners in ongoing hotel maintenance and technical support. Under Mr. Marraccini's leadership, FelCor's engineering department has grown to three regional offices (Atlanta, Dallas and Houston) to better serve the Company's portfolio of 117 hotels. Prior to joining FelCor, he was Eastern Regional Engineer for Embassy Suites Hotels(R). Mr. Marraccini also has worked for Marriott(R) and Nikko Hotels(R). He is a graduate of Gateway Technical Institute in Pittsburgh, Penn., and has completed continuing education courses from Auburn University.
Ms. Kendrick is responsible for project and capital management at FelCor's hotels. In addition, her responsibilities include project administration, budgeting and vendor management. She oversees a $50 million budget for 65 of FelCor's hotels and is directly involved in ensuring brand compliance with design projects, maintaining contract documentation, purchase order fulfillment and adherence to construction and quality specifications. Ms. Kendrick joined FelCor in 1996 as Project Coordinator. Prior to joining FelCor, she worked with MeriStar Hospitality (formerly American General Hospitality).
Mr. Callihan has been in the hospitality industry for six years and is responsible for FelCor's engineering and technical projects at its hotels. Mr. Callihan joined FelCor in 2000 as Director, Corporate Engineering. Prior to FelCor, Mr. Callihan was with KRC Enterprises, Inc. in the role of President. Mr. Callihan also previously worked with Trane Company as Special Projects Engineer/Manager. He is a graduate of the University of Texas where he received a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. Mr. Callihan is EPA Certified in Refrigerants, Mold Remediation and also a First Response/First Aid Instructor and Master Scuba Diver Training Instructor.
