NCL/National Content Liquidators, Inc. awarded liquidation contracts for two hotel properties for the month of June

  • NCL/National Content Liquidators Phoenix: The Holiday Inn Midtown closed May 31st and will be demolished to make way for luxury condominiums. NCL's involvement in the first phase of the redevelopment will be the liquidation of items used in the operation of the hotel.

    The liquidation sale opens June 9th at 9:00 a.m. and is open to both the hospitality industry and the general public. NCL's most recent liquidations in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area include the Radisson Resort & Spa, Holiday Inn Sunspree and the Mountain Shadows Marriott.

    NCL's second liquidation sale is the Royal Pavillion Resort, located in the Atlantic Beach area of North Carolina. Long known as a favorite setting for oceanfront weddings, the hotel has been marked for demolition and future redevelopment. NCL's liquidation sale of the 144 room hotel's entire contents opens June 9th at 9:00 a.m. and will continue for 30 days.
