SAS AB said it intends to list its hotel chain, Rezidor SAS Hospitality on the Stockholm Stock Exchange within 12 months.
'We have said for many years that hotels are not part of our core business, we are an airline group, and we see this as a positive next step for the Rezidor company itself,' Sture Stoelen, SAS investor relations manager told AFX News.
He said SAS is still at the preparation stage and doesn't yet have a prospectus for the market.
