Rubio's(R) Restaurants, Inc. (NASDAQ:RUBO) announced today that Daniel E. Pittard, currently President and CEO of the Company, has been appointed to the Board of Directors, effective immediately.
Ralph Rubio will remain Chairman of the Board and will continue to be actively involved in the Company.
