Multi-Million-Dollar Renovation is Underway with Completion Slated for 2007
Casa Resort Inc. (owner of La Casa Del Camino Hotel and Roof Top Lounge) announced that it has acquired a hotel in Anaheim for an undisclosed amount, Hotel Ménage. Previously a California-style family hotel, the resort sits on five acres of land and features 255 guest rooms, k'ya (pronounced kaiya) restaurant with capacity of more than 200, 2,500-square-foot of meeting and social event space and over an acre of versatile pool deck/outdoor meeting space.
A multi-million-dollar renovation is currently underway, and is slated to be completed by first quarter 2007. Renovations include exterior remodel, guest rooms, restaurant, lobby area, a spacious lounge, and the outdoor resort/pool area, Mist Pool.
Located just a stone's throw away from Disneyland Resort, Hotel Ménage will be a fusion of modern conveniences with a comfortable and relaxing feel. 'We're very excited about this new addition to our company and look forward to bringing travelers and the community a great place to chill,' said Casa Resort Inc. Partner Christopher Keller. 'It has always been our vision to open a boutique hotel and resort in Anaheim that has this type of feel. We'll be using artists that we personally know to identify specific areas to 'use' their talents.'
The new hotel's theme will be modern lifestyle-meets-Bali-style bohemian chic, with concrete floors, stylish, minimalist décor, teak wood patio furniture and outdoor private cabanas. Each room will have a custom artistic design feel with all the comforts of home and plenty of room to relax or conduct business. 'Psychographically our guest, no matter what their age, want a sophisticated and artistic environment to conduct both business and pleasure under one roof,' said Casa Resort Inc. Partner Richard Ham.
