    TRITON, a product of Knowcross, was installed at The Royal Hideaway, Playacar, Mexico in Novemeber 2006. The system is configured to handle all guest calls at the communication centre as well as all maintenance and back of house jobs. The communication centre handles over 200 daily requests from guests. TRITON routes these calls through wireless devices using Spectralink's communication solution in Mexico.

    The Royal Hideaway, Playacar introduces the evolution of the all inclusive resort. TRITON allows the resort to efficiently and discretely assign jobs and ensure every package requirement and every guest request is catered to. For example, each guest has a meal package included in their booking and based on the type of the package tasks are assigned.

    In case of special requests like dinner by the beach, a call is registered & alternate jobs are assigned one to the restaurant & one for the kitchen. This unique process of simultaneous streamlined job allocation is a powerful tool offered by TRITON.

    The Royal Hideaway Playacar, wants to cater their guest's every whim and desire that's why they have extensive concierge service, poolside attendants and TRITON to ensure you spend more time relaxing and less time thinking. For example, any and every guest request or complaint is allocated to the concierge for a villa, using TRITON. This means that every call that is attended to by engineering or housekeeping for a villa is checked by the concierge, ensuring no detail is overlooked and superlative standards are maintained.

    TRITON is used to send all pre arrival amenity or service requests which are dispatched as tasks for all the people concerned. For example, a VIP check in creates a job for a bottle of Champagne to be placed in the villa; housekeeping will place a preferred pillow type for a repeat guest and the General Manager will get an alert that a VIP has checked in allowing him to welcome the guest personally!

    Further, as all amenity requests are being put into TRITON, The Royal Hideaway, Playacar is even looking at calculating consumption & stocks of various items.
