Padilla is responsible for the management of Motel 6 properties in Region 3, the Rocky Mountain Region, consisting of 73 properties in the area.
Padilla will work to increase Rev PAR within his region's properties as well as to implement a tactical and strategic vision for growth in the region.
Originally from Rio Rico, Arizona, Padilla joined Accor North America and Motel 6 in 1995 as a Guest Service Representative. Padilla has spent his tenure with Motel 6 in Region 3, being promoted first to General Manager, later to Area Manager, Vice President of Operations and most recently serving as Area Manager before his promotion to Regional Vice President.
