NYLO Hotels Continues Construction in Plano

NYLO Hotels, creator of a new class of hotels in the lodging category of lifestyle hotels with loft accommodations, enters Phase II of its construction plans to open NYLO Plano, a 176-room hotel situated in the heart of Plano's thriving mixed-use Legacy community. Slated for completion in winter of 2007, the 88,500-square-foot property marks the first new-build hotel to market in the exciting and innovative lodging category of loft accommodations.

Showcasing the brand's residential urban loft design, NYLO Plano features a brick and glass exterior, expansive floor-to-ceiling windows in the lobby, exposed brick and polished concrete walls, high ceilings exceeding 10 feet in each loft and custom-designed furnishings, including a plush bed with luxury linens, sofa, ottoman and large moveable desk. Guest lofts also include complimentary high-speed and wireless Internet access, large flat-screen TV and MP3 capabilities.

Serving as the heart and soul of each NYLO hotel, The Loft is a dynamic gathering spot next to the lobby offering an abundance of upscale amenities, including complimentary wireless Internet access, 24-hour business center, comfortable library, sofas, game room, boutique and original artwork by local artists.
