Marriott Vacation Club International recently employed the services of NCL/National Content Liquidators, Inc. to liquidate the complete contents of the 193 room former Crowne Plaza Oceanfront as the first phase of the redevelopment of the property as a Marriott Vacation Club Resort.
This is the second Florida hotel liquidation sale in which Marriott Vacation Club utilized NCL's liquidation management services, the first being the Radisson Suite Beach Resort located on Marco Island. That property has been redeveloped as the Marriott Vacation Club Crystal Shores Marco Island.
