The Radisson SAS Hotel, Linköping in Sweden has been acquired by Norgani through an agreement with Stora Hotellet i Linköping AB.
The centrally located property with 91 rooms, a restaurant, four shops and conference facilities is currently operated under a franchise agreement. Norgani now has entered into a 15 year turnover-based lease agreement with the Rezidor Hotel Group (STO:REZT), which starts on October 1, 2007, when Norgani takes over the hotel. The hotel will remain branded as Radisson SAS Hotel Linköping.
Both companies have announced an extension of the property by adding more rooms.
