A virtual 'who's who' of the industry will meet for the multifaceted, black-tie networking event honoring award-winning work in hospitality, travel and tourism-related marketing. DEPARTURES magazine will present its Luxury Marketing Achievement Award for the most effective and creative advertising to the affluent market, and TravelCLICK will pay tribute to the best integrated eMarketing program in the hotel industry with the TravelCLICK eMarketer of the Year award.
Recognizing individuals who have made significant contributions and lasting impressions on the hospitality and travel industry, HSMAI will present Lifetime Achievement awards to Ian Schrager, chairman and CEO of Ian Schrager Company, and Laura Davidson, founder and president of LDPR. Schrager will be recognized with the Albert E. Koehl Award for Advertising and Davidson will receive the Winthrop W. Grice Award for Public Relations. During the evening, the 'Top 25 Most Extraordinary Minds in Sales & Marketing' will also be recognized.
Additionally, the gala will include the HSMAI Foundation scholarship benefit raffle, with exciting travel packages including trips to London, Dubai, the Caribbean, Mexico, Colorado, and more.
