Sunstone Hotel Investors, Inc. Announces Formation of Chief Executive Officer Search Committee
Sunstone Hotel Investors, Inc. (NYSE:SHO) announced today that the board has formed a committee to conduct a search for a new president and chief executive officer, replacing Steven R. Goldman, who recently resigned.
The committee is comprised of three board members: Robert A. Alter, Keith M. Locker and Thomas A. Lewis.
