  • Hotel News Resource Delavan Resort Holdings announced today that it has received unanimous approval from the City of Delavan Plan Commission to move forward with its next phase of redevelopment at Lake Lawn Resort.

As part of Lake Lawn's $390 million redevelopment effort, Delavan Resort Holdings will construct resort condominiums called the Villas at Harbor's Edge, designed to make Lake Lawn Resort a four-star meetings and leisure destination. The Villa's at Harbor's Edge will feature two and three-story luxury resort condos with heated parking on the east edge of Lake Lawn's 250- acre property, adjacent to the resort's existing marina.

"We're delighted with the plan commission's approval and we look forward to a final approval from the Delavan City Council in the next month," said Pat Nelson, president of Delavan Resort Holdings.

Lake Lawn Resort, owned by Delavan Resort Holdings, is located on 258 acres of wooded lakeside land with approximately two miles of shoreline on Delavan Lake. The Resort is less than a two hour drive from Chicago and 45 minutes from Milwaukee.

Logos, product and company names mentioned are the property of their respective owners.
