M.P. ALLEN GENERAL CONTRACTORS, INC. recently completed their third
Microtel Hotel project in Santa Rosa, California. This 68 room hotel and
suite facility was built in approximately eight (8) months, and is the
newest hotel to be added to the U.S. Franchise Systems chain of hotels
throughout the United States.
Constructing this project has enabled us to employ all of the latest
construction details, and cost saving ideas which we learned from the other
design/build hotels which we have completed. The final product has been
well received from the City of Santa Rosa, and the weary travellers who
have stayed at this newest hotel facility.
