GUESTROOM 20X, a special project showcasing the most innovative technologies for the guestroom, travels to Poland for the first time during Hotel Profit magazine's Hospitality Today and Tomorrow Conference.
Frank Wolfe, CAE, CEO of Hospitality Financial and Technology Professionals (HFTP(R)) - producers of GUESTROOM 20X, will present a portable presentation of the guestroom along with insight into guests' expectations for technology during his session "Technology and Equipment in the Hotel of the Future." Hospitality Today and Tomorrow is March 26, 2009 in Warsaw, Poland.
"For the past three years GUESTROOM 20X has traveled around the world educating the hospitality industry on the potential for future guestroom technology," said Frank Wolfe, CAE, CEO of HFTP. "I think conference attendees will find great value in the presentation, which reflects a thorough accumulation of research and feedback the GUESTROOM 20X Task Force has collected since the exhibit was conceived."
GUESTROOM 20X is a futuristic guestroom featuring the latest and near-future technologies for the modern hotel room. The exhibit debuted at HITEC 2006 and has been on display at various trade shows since. After many requests to show GUESTROOM 20X, HFTP created a portable presentation detailing the room's technologies that can easily travel to the global hospitality community. Technologies in the exhibit include non-traditional types such as lighting, eco-friendly products, fabrics and furniture, as well as traditional technology such as next-generation televisions, telephones and robots.
Along with GUESTROOM 20X's session, the conference discusses topics on HR in hospitality, the role of social media in hospitality business, hotel management and different concepts of hotel business. The conference is also available online and videoconferenced to over 400 locations throughout Poland. For more information about the conference, visit www.hotelprofit.pl.
