HARS Appoints Two New Directors |

CALGARY, July 10 /CNW-PRN/ - The Board of Directors of HARS Systems Inc. (HSS:CDNX), announced the appointment of two new members to its Board of Directors on July 7, 2000. The newly appointed directors are Mr. Lawrence W.
(Warren) Pimm and Mr. Robert C. Robinson.
Mr. Pimm is presently the Vice President of Corporate Finance for Altara Securities of Vancouver, British Columbia. Mr. Pimm has significant merger and acquisition experience and has completed over $60 million in equity financing on an annual basis with Altara. Altara Securities is a full-service Canadian investment bank providing investment advisory services to private,
corporate and institutional clients within the technology and real estate sectors.
Mr. Robinson has over 18 years experience in the hospitality industry. He worked as a real estate consultant for Tullman-Hundley Hotels, Guest Quarters
Suites Hotels and Promus Hotels. Mr. Robinson has developed an extensive network of hotel owners, management companies and individual hotel investors and developers. Mr. Robinson was actively involved in the disposition and acquisition of hotel properties valued at over $200 million USD throughout the western and mid-western United States.
