ROCHESTER, N.Y., Jan. 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ --
Hudson Hotels Corporation (Nasdaq: HUDS), Rochester, New York (the Company) today announced that effective January 1, 2002, Thomas W. Blank assumed the office of President and Chief Executive Officer, replacing E. Anthony Wilson, who shall remain as Chairman of the Board.
Commenting on the change, E. Anthony Wilson stated: I have held the three positions for over a year. In this economic climate, we need to focus more on the day-to-day operations. Mr. Blank started with the Company as a Vice President of Acquisitions and most recently was Executive Vice President and General Counsel. Prior to that, he was Chief Operating Officer of the Hotel Division of Essex Investment Group, Inc., in Rochester, New York.
