The new 124-room four-story building is the brand's first hotel featuring their Extel 2001 design, as well as the first Suburban Lodge hotel in the northeast. This gives owners the ability to cost effectively add or modify features to fit their particular market. The new Suburban Lodge hotel is an interior corridor hotel with brick trim and is located in the North Hills area of Pittsburgh. Rates for a queen room currently start at $279.00 weekly, or $309.00 weekly for larger deluxe rooms. The hotel is located at 4595 McKnight Road.
