The Cookery Programme begins at 09H00 with a buffet breakfast at York House, with Chef Nuno Diniz. After the breakfast you go to the local market with the Chef to select and buy the best products to prepare a complete meal.
Back in the hotel, the kitchen becomes the center of the action. You'll prepare with the Chef your own lunch and afterwards you can taste it accompanied by a special wine selection.

About York House
By the Tagus River, in the centre of Lisbon and receiving guests for over one hundred years, the York House resulted from the adaptation of the early 17th century Marianos Convent.
