Inside Hospitality Launches 'Guestpulse' With 14-Day Free Trial

  • Inside Hospitality Hospitality-Focused Guest Experience Measurement Company Introduces First and Only of its Kind Social Media Monitoring Services With a Free, No-Obligation Trial.

    Inside Hospitality introduces an innovative guest feedback measurement tool to the Hospitality Industry for a free trial. They are now launching 'GuestPulse', a patently-built online system that monitors consumer feedback within the social media landscape. From blogs, online social communities, peer-review sites like Yelp, and national and local news organizations, GuestPulse tracks and presents in real time what people are saying about a company's brand, location, chef, product, and much more. For a limited time during this launch, Inside Hospitality is offering a 14-day free trial.     Besides being the only hospitality-focused monitoring system, GuestPulse is the only industry-focused social media monitor. 'Nobody else is measuring what guests are experiencing within food-focused sectors,' says Tripp. With the launch of GuestPulse, Inside Hospitality is now equipped to not only offer reports gauging 'inside' guest experience through their hospitality-focused Mystery Shopping, they are now able to evaluate 'outside' guest feedback circulating online.

    GuestPulse reports are custom-built to meet client needs. For smaller, location-based brands, the 'Essential' report package has been created. For larger organizations, the 'Advanced' model tracks not just unique locations, but brand and product within a larger marketplace. The 'Enterprise' model is built 'a la carte', with additional service options such as immediate brand/location crisis management, one-on-one coaching strategies to improve social media presence, and competitor social media tracking.

    A basic GuestPulse report contains three main categories: A search summary broken down by search terms (i.e. location, brand, entree, chef); an actual list of term results with live links to specific mentions, broken down into positive, negative, and undecided review sentiment segments; and a contact list of potential guests, which are incidents where consumers request recommendations with perimeters fitting an organization.

    In addition, the most powerful tool offered by GuestPulse is the recently added feature GuestPulse-Live. With it, results are presented up-to-the-minute via email notification. Says Tripp, 'This is hugely transformative. A potential guest could be asking for a recommendation, and one of our customers--minutes later--could step in with a promotional invitation.'
