Empire Resorts, Inc. (NASDAQ:NYNY) announced today that the Company has finalized an agreement with a subsidiary of Delaware North Companies with respect to the management of the Monticello Casino & Raceway. The agreement runs for three years and includes marketing and strategic advisory services.

William J. Bissett, President of Delaware North Companies Gaming & Entertainment Group, added, 'We are excited about the opportunity to enhance and participate in the growth of gaming in the Catskills and believe we will add significant value to Empire Resorts in the near and long term.'
The agreement with Delaware North is the latest move by Empire Resorts to restructure operations, improve profitability, and determine the maximum potential for its existing operations and assets at the 230-acre raceway property.
