The second day will include a comprehensive combination of break out topics and general sessions along with exhibit hours to meet with the sponsors of the event. Topics to be covered include foreclosures/distressed hotels and what options may be available, management agreements, financing strategies and updates as well as franchise issues including renegotiations, contracts and the cancellations of flags.
