Le Grand Lodge's first annual Golf Classic was held on Friday, June 26th at La Belle Golf Club, under menacing skies that finally cleared away to the delight of the participating golfers. Everyone was unanimous about the fun they had, the gourmet 4 course dinner, and the generous gifts received by the many sponsors of the event. The day ended in music and dance until the wee hours of the morning...
Le Grand Lodge was proud to give a check of $1,740.00 to the Club de patinage artistique of Mont-Tremblant that supports young and talented figure skaters of the region.
The winning foursome, formed by Paul Perreault, Michel Gareau, Pierre Rioux and Jean Richard (as seen in order from the second left to right), with a score card of -8, was pleased to receive the first trophy of this annual event. Michel Garnier, General Manager (far left) and Marcel Lacasse (far right), Director of F&B of the hotel and organizer of the event, did the honors of presenting the trophy.

In keeping with the same spirit of the 10th anniversary celebrations, Le Grand Lodge showed their employees their appreciation for their service and hard work by hosting a picnic in their honor on Tuesday, June 30th. Five employees were especially honored and commended for their 10 years of service to the hotel: Juliette St Louis, France David, Lise Champagne, Marie Claude Perreault and Françoise Brunet.
