Largest Resort on Dalmatian Coast Features Croatia's First Anne Sémonin Spa, 13 Dining Options, and Gourmet Fresh Market
The Rezidor Hotel Group, the Brussels-based hotel management company, announces the opening of the Radisson Blu Resort & Spa Dubrovnik Sun Gardens. Located 11 miles from the Dubrovnik International Airport and part of the expansive Sun Gardens resort community, the Radisson Blu is the largest resort on Croatia's picturesque Dalmatian coast.

Accommodations Overlooking the Adriatic Feature Indigenous Materials and International Design
The 408-key property offers 201 guestrooms with balconies overlooking the Adriatic Sea, as well as 207 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments with private kitchenettes. All guest accommodations include complimentary high-speed internet access.
The resort was constructed using local materials such as sadre stone, indigenous to Dubrovnik and nearby Bra? Island. Croatian architects Branimir Medic and Pero Puljiz designed the resort to resemble a Mediterranean villa. London's Hirsch-Bedner Associates and Blue Sky Hospitality created resort interiors.
The First Anne Sémonin Spa in Croatia and 75,000 ft2 of Spa and Wellness
The resort features a 37,000-square-foot beachfront spa from Anne Sémonin. The first Anne Sémonin spa in Croatia, it offers seven individual treatment rooms and two couples' suites nestled around an outdoor hot tub. Anne Sémonin treatments created exclusively for the resort include Thalassotherapy Therma Stone Experience, 100% Active Ice Therapy Facial and Black Sand Scrub & Ocean Massage Ritual.
Spa and wellness facilities also include a 75,000-square-foot sports and wellness center, offering 60-foot lagoon pool with a waterfall and underwater vitality jet lounges, a hydrotherapy pool with therapeutic massage jets, an inner spa garden, and a thermal area offering a traditional coal sauna, salt sauna, hammam, aromatherapy steam room and large plunge pool. Guests can also relax with Adriatic Sea views and fresh juices at the Spa Vitality Juice Bar and sun terrace.
Extensive Dining Options, Nightclubs and a Gourmet Fresh Market
Radisson Blu Resort & Spa Dubrovnik offers 13 restaurants and bars. From poolside cocktails to fine dining, culinary features include snacks and cocktails overlooking the Adriatic at Maraska Lounge Lobby Bar; an international menu and outdoor seating at Origano; and authentic Croatian fine dining at Tartufo.
Bars and lounges at Sun Gardens also include Ginja Lounge, a nightclub offering an international fusion menu prepared in an open tandoori oven, deejays and an outdoor dance floor; and Cilantro Lounge, a family-friendly Mediterranean café offering extended breakfast hours.
The resort also features a gourmet fresh market where guests can taste, purchase and even prepare products with local bakers, patissiers, fisherman and vintners.
Additional resort features include over 8,000 square feet of meeting and event space, which can accommodate up to 900 people, as well as a dedicated Kids' Club for guests aged 6 months - 16 years.
The Radisson Blu Resort & Spa, Dubrovnik Sun Gardens is the first Radisson Blu resort in Croatia, and joins award-winning luxury hotel The Regent Esplanade Zagreb. An additional Croatian resort, the Radisson Blu Resort & Spa in Split, is slated to open later this year.
