HVS Executive Search appoints Steve Finder as Vice President. Steve will serve as a key member of the North America recruitment team and will be based in Southern California. Prior to joining HVS Executive Search, Steve was a senior consultant in the hospitality and real estate practice of a global executive search firm. Steve has 15 years of consulting and executive search experience. He has led corporate recruiting teams of 50 associates at Wachovia Securities and early in his career gained experience in the consumer and technology practices of Heidrick & Struggles.
During the course of his career Steve has successfully completed engagements for Board, Chief Executive and other senior leadership functions.
